The wine Celler 9+ Escumós 7è is a cheerful low-intervention Pét-Nat produced by Celler 9+ in DO Tarragona.
This blended Spanish sparkling wine is made from the local varieties Sumoll (60%) and Macabeo (40%), sourced from certified organic vineyards that benefit from the cooling effect of the sea breeze.
The grapes were destemmed and pressed before going through fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 12 days. This ancestral sparkling wine was bottled before finishing the process. Once fermentation was completed, the wine Celler 9+ Escumós 7è 2022 was aged for 12 months minimum.
Finally, this no added sulfites rosé Pét-Nat was manually clarified, disgorged and recapped.
