Made by bodega Celler 9+, the wine Celler 9+ Selecció 2n is an invigorating natural white wine from DO Tarragona.
This varietal Spanish white wine is solely made from Cartoixà, the local name of Xarel·lo, sourced from certified organic vineyards exposed to the cooling influence of Mediterranean sea winds.
This low sulfites white wine from Tarragona was fermented and macerated with the skins in stainlessste el tanks for about 30 days, after which the grapes were gently pressed.
Then the “first-press” wine was aged on lees in the tanks for 9 months, with weekly lees-stirrings.
The white wine Celler 9+ Selecció 2n 2022 was bottled with a small portion of the lees and with no added sulfites or chemical preservatives.
Aerate this organic white wine from Tarragona before serving.
