Produced by the Celler 9+ winery, the wine Celler 9+ Selecció 6è is a juicy natural white wine from DO Tarragona.
Made solely from Muscat, this varietal Spanish white wine comes from old, low-yielding organically certified vineyards with sandy soils exposed to the cooling sea breeze coming from the Mediterranean.
Macerated for 32 days under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, the grapes were pressed after finishing the process. The winery used only the “first-press” wine.
Subsequently, the white wine Celler 9+ Selecció 6è 2022 was aged for 9 months on lees in the tanks, with weekly stirrings.
This white wine from Tarragona was then bottled with no added sulfites or chemical preservatives.
Decant this organic white wine before drinking. Serve chilled.
