Once the wine must was obtained, the wine Cigonyes Blanc 2024 was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14ºC.

The name of the wine, Cigonyes (Storks), alludes to a successful stork repopulation program undertaken some years ago by the Castillo Perelada winery.
