The white wine Perelada 5 Finques Blanc 2025 is the latest release from bodega Castillo de Perelada.
A blend of White Grenache, Sauvignon Blanc and Macabeo, this Spanish white wine is sourced from 5 vineyards with slate, clay, cobble and sandy soils, located in the northern half of DO Empordà.
Meticulously harvested and selected, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. After that, about one-tenth of this white wine from Empordà was aged for 10 months in acacia oak barrels.
The white wine Perelada 5 Finques Blanc 2025 will make a nice pairing with fish recipes, medium-aged cheese and white meat dishes.

Appearance

Nose
Fragrant notes of apricot, jasmine and ripe citrus, with vanilla, sourdough toast and clove. This blend of White Grenache, Sauvignon Blanc and Macabeo is quite seductive.
Palate
This white wine by bodega Castillo de Perelada is savoury and structured, with a fresh note of fennel, a tapering acidity and a mineral hint, ending with a spicy and smoky note.
