Produced by the Castillo Perelada winery, the sparkling wine Stars Brut Nature is a Cava whose name alludes to the outstanding international music talents that participate in the music festival which takes place every summer in the Perelada Castle.
This young Spanish sparkling wine is made from a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, sourced from certified organic vineyards.
Traditionally vinified, secondary fermentation took place in the bottle. Then the cava Stars Brut Nature 2022 was aged for a minimum of 15 months in the cellar.
