Details
The wine Volador Blanc is one of the entry-level wines of Josep Grau Viticultor.
A varietal White Grenache, this young Spanish white wine comes from young vineyards with clayey soils located near the town of Marçà, DO Montsant, and farmed following the guidelines of organic agriculture.
The grapes were crushed with a pneumatic press and fermented in concrete diposits (70%) and stainless steel tanks (30%).
Then the wine Volador Blanc 2023 was aged for 5 months in the same fermentation containers.
This varietal white wine from Montsant is fresh and inviting.
