Sourced from estate vineyards certified organic, the white wine Ermita d'Espiells is made from Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Chardonnay, Parellada and Viognier.
After a gentle pressing of the 5 varieties, the free-run juice was separately vinified in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the wine Ermita d’Espiells 2025 was blended, bottled and aged for 9 months before its release.
This unoaked organic white wine from DO Penedès is as gulpable as they come.

| Nose | This young Penedès white wine is fresh an intense. Aromas of ripe white fruit and white flowers, alongside notes of citrus and some tropical and mineral sensations. The combination of Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Chardonnay, Parellada and Viognier works exceedingly well. |
| Palate | Delicately unctuous and gently tart, with savoury notes of white flowers citrus and some mineral undertones. This young white wine from Juvé y Camps has a medium finish with some remembrances of aromatic herbs. |
