This is the new vintage of the wine Gramona Savinat Sauvignon Blanc, a varietal Sauvignon Blanc produced by the Gramona winery from a single vineyard with slate soils on the foothill of the Montserrat mountain range.
Farmed following organic and biodynamic principles, the grapes were harvested by hand and selected in the cellar. After a gentle pressing with no maceration, followed by a 12-hour drawn-off period, this Spanish white wine was transferred into French oak barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 2nd year, 1/3 3rd year) and fermented at a low temperature.
After that, the wine Gramona Savinat Sauvignon Blanc 2024 from Penedès was aged for some weeks in the barrels with periodic stirrings.
One of the bottlings of the Infanterrible collection, this is an elegant, uncommon organic white wine from Penedès.
