An outstanding Corpinnat Spanish sparkling wine, one of the very best available on the market, the wine Gramona Celler Batlle is made from 70% Xarel·lo and 30% Macabeo, two varieties with a great ageing potential.

After a manual harvest, the grapes were meticulously selected and pressed whole bunch. Traditionally vinified, this brut nature sparkling wine of the Gramona winery was bottled after completing alcoholic fermentation. Then this organic sparkling wine from Penedès completed secondary fermentation and was aged for a minimum of 100 months.
Manually disgorged, the sparkling wine Gramona Celler Batlle 2015 was bottled with no sugar added.
