This is the new vintage of the white wine Gramona Font Jui Xarel·lo from Celler Gramona.
A varietal Xarel·lo, this Spanish white wine is solely sourced from a 2-hectare vineyard with clay-limestone soils located within the Font Jui estate, DO Penedés. The Demeter certified and organically certified vines were planted in 2007.
The grapes were picked by hand and carefully selected. Then they were cold macerated before being gently crushed to extract the "free-run" juice. Then this biodynamic white wine was fermented in 300-litre French oak barrels.
After that, the white wine Gramona Font Jui Xarel·lo 2021 was aged on lees for 3 months.
Pair this white wine from Penedès with white meat recipes, rice dishes and creamy cheeses.

| Nose | Aromas of apricot, peach and pineapple over a background made of herbs de Provence, green almonds and some salty notes, quite typical of Xarel·lo variety. The brief ageing period in oak barrels shows in some hints of toast and spices. |
| Palate | This white wine aged in oak from the Gramona winery is textured and precise, with phenomenal acidity, compact citrus and bone fruit framed by spices and toast. Tapering finish with some Mediterranean herbs and a salty twist. |
