A semi-sparkling Spanish rosé wine of the Gramona winery, Gramona Ca La Mar Mustillant Rosat is a blend of Syrah (65%) and Merlot (65%).
The grape bunches were destemmed and gently crushed in order not to extract too much colour from the grape skins.
This blended rosé wine from Penedès is produced only from the "free-run" juice. Then Gramona Ca La Mar Mustillant Rosat 2022 was fermented in stainless steel tanks and subsequently added selected yeasts to complete secondary fermentation.
This organic rosé wine from DO Penedès is lively and food-friendly.
