Details
The Herència Altés winery from Batea produces the wine Herència Altés Benufet from old vines White Grenache planted in the highest part of the estate. This winery from Tarragona follows the principles of organic farming.
Manually harvested, the grapes arrive at the winery and are chilled for approximately 24 hours. After a gentle pressing, they ferment spontaneously with native yeasts in concrete tanks. In these same tanks, the white wine Herència Altés Benufet 2024 rests on its lees for 5 months with periodic stirrings.
This varietal Spanish organcic white wine from Terra Alta is an intense expression of the White Grenache from Terra Alta.
This white wine aged on lees will pair well with rice dishes, fish recipes and white meat.
