The wine Herència Altes Rosat is a sexy and cheerful Mediterranean rosé made by the Herència Altés winery from DO Terra Alta.
This varietal Spanish rosé wine is sourced from 10 to 25-year-old organically certified Grenache vineyards with soils of marl and clay located near the villages of Batea and Gandesa.
The hand-picked grapes were whole-cluster pressed, subsequently using only the free-run must. This vegan wine fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks. Then the rosé wine Herència Altés Rosat 2025 was aged for 4-5 months on lees with periodic stirrings.
This rosé wine from Terra Alta was gently filtered before drinking.
