This varietal Spanish white wine of Bodegas Jean Leon is one of the bottlings of a product series that pays tribute to the native varieties of Penedès. Made solely from Xarel·lo, the white wine Jean Leon Nativa Xarel·lo is the first wine of the collection.
The grapes were picked by hand and carefully harvested. Then they were fully destemmed, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 11 days at a controlled temperature.
Finally, the white wine Jean Leon Nativa Xarel·lo 2025 was kept for 6 months on its lees before being bottled.
Smooth and elegant, the label of this organic and vegan white wine reproduces the motif of a traditional Catalan hydraulic cement tile.
