Coming from DO Jumilla, this varietal Spanish red wine is sourced from over 40-year-old Monastrell vineyards certified organic, planted at 700 metres above sea level.
Meticulously handpicked and vinified in stainless steel tanks, after finishing malolactic fermentation the red wine Juan Gil Etiqueta Amarilla 2025 was shortly aged in oak barrels.
This well-known vegan red wine from Jumilla is excellent both without food and with tapas and casual food.
