Product Description

An amazingly priced, high-quality Gran reserva red wine from Bodegas Lan, Lan Gran Reserva is sourced from over 40-year-old vineyards located in the area of La Rioja Alta, DOCa Rioja.

Made from the very best estate-grown Tempranillo grapes, nuanced with a dollop of Mazuela (Carignan), the 2015 vintage of this Spanish red wine was an early one, which produced grapes of an excellent quality.

Fully destemmed and vinified in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature, the grapes were macerated for a long time to extract aromatic and tannin compounds.

After finishing fermentation, the red wine Lan Gran Reserva 2015 was transferred into French and American oak barrels, where it was aged for 25 months.

Once bottled, this Gran reserva from La Rioja was further aged for 36 months minimum before hitting the market.

Decant this red wine from La Rioja 1 hour before drinking.

Additional Information
Additional Information

The red wine Lan Gran Reserva is deep ruby with a violet hue on the rim.

Suggestive aromas of forest floor, leather, vanilla and cinnamon, intertwined with wild berries, blueberry pie, smoke and balsam. This blend of Tempranillo and Mazuela is endearing.

This reserva red wine of Bodegas Lan is smooth-bodied and tangy, with a medium-high acidity, plush tannins and layers of dark fruit, spices and smoke, with an impressively long finish.
