Year after year, Celler Masroig from DO Montsant scores a hit with the wonderful wine Les Sorts Sycar.
The 2023 vintage of this delightful Spanish red wine is made from a blend of Carignan, coming from old vines, and Syrah, coming from young vines.
This vegan wine went through a meticulous vinification process in stainless steel tanks. Then the red wine Les Sorts Sycar 2023 black label was aged for 13 months in French - used for Carignan - and American - for Syrah - oak barrels.
Before being bottled, this red wine from Montsant was gently filtered, but not clarified.
Aerate this Crianza red wine 1 hour before drinking.
