Made solely from White Grenache, the grapes were sourced from old vines located in DO Montsant.
Traditionally vinified, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then this vegan white wine from Montsant was aged for 6 months on their lees.
After that, the white wine Pinyeres Blanc 2025 was stored for a couple of months prior to its release.
