This young Spanish red wine comes from DO Montsant.
A varietal Samsó, the local name of Carignan, the wine Solà Fred Negre is produced by Celler Masroig.
After a manual harvest, the grapes were cold macerated. Then this Montsant red wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
A fabulous value, the wine Solà Fred Negre 2024 pairs well with cured meats, BBQ'd dishes and tapas.
Drink this vegan red wine slightly cool, particularly in the summertime.
