Produced by Celler Masroig, the wine Les Sorts Blanc is a varietal White Grenache made from old vines grown in red clay soils in several sites across the DO Montsant.
The grapes were meticulously harvested and partially destemmed. Then this Spanish white wine was fermented in 300-litre French oak barrels with periodic stirrings of the lees.
After that, the wine Les Sorts Blanc 2024 was aged on its lees in the barrels for 5 months

| Our personal opinion | We paired the wine Les Sorts Blanc 2024 with a salmon papillote with fennel potatoes and olives. An excellent combination indeed. As an alternative, try it with creamy cheeses. |
