This is the new vintage of the sparkling wine Llopart Imperial Panoramic Brut, produced by Cavas Llopart, a member of the Corpinnat association of producers.
This organic Spanish sparkling wine is made from the three traditional Penedès varieties, Xarel·lo, Macabeo and 10% Parellada, which were separately harvested at their optimal ripening state.
Traditionally vinified following the Champenoise method, each must was separately fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Then this organic and vegan sparkling wine was blended and bottled.
After the completion of secondary fermentation, the sparkling wine Llopart Imperial Panoramic Brut 2019 was aged for 54 months minimum before being released onto the market.
