A rather sophisticated product, the sparkling wine Llopart Rosé Brut is made from a blend of 60% Monastrell, 20% Grenache and 20% Pinot Noir, coming from certified organic vineyards.
Crafted by Cavas Llopart, this Spanish sparkling wine produced under the Corpinnat label was made from hand-picked grapes, selected on site.
Once in the cellar, each variety was separately vinified. After alcoholic fermentation had been completed, the three wine musts of this rosé sparkling wine were blended and bottled. Then the wine Llopart Rosé Brut 2022 went through secondary fermentation and was aged for a minimum of 24 months in the bottle.
Pair this Corpinnat rosé with Eastern spicy cuisine or fruit and chocolate desserts.
