The elegant sparkling wine Llopart Integral Brut Nature is made from a blend of two traditional varieties, Xarel·lo and Parellada, complemented with a 30% of Chardonnay.
Following the guidelines of the Corpinnat association of producers, all the estate vineyards of Cavas Llopart are organically farmed.
The vinification of this organic and vegan sparkling wine was meticulous. After the completion of alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 15ºC, this parkler was bottled and completed secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Finally, the sparkling wine Llopart Integral Brut Nature 2023 from Penedès was aged for a minimum of 18 months in the cellar.
This organic Corpinnat sparkling wine pairs excellently with light dishes, tapas and appetizers.
