The rosé sparkling wine Llopart Microcosmos Rosé Brut Nature is made from an uncommon and most interesting combination of grape varieties.
A blend of 55% Pinot Noir, 35% Monastrell and 10% Grenache, the grapes are sourced from estate vineyards located in the Penedès region.
Produced by Cavas Llopart, this Corpinnat organic and vegan sparkling wine was vinified following the traditional method.
At the beginning, the grapes were macerated for a brief period of time with their skins in order to bring colour and aromas to the resulting wine. Once the vinification process was completed, the wine Llopart Microcosmos Rosé Brut Nature 2022 was aged for a minimum of 24 months in the bottle.
No shipping liquor was added to this Spanish sparkling wine after disgorging.

| Palate | Fresh and delicate, this rosé from Cavas Llopart is exceedingly drinkable and very savoury, with well-integrated bubbles and a very good acidity. Red berries, fresh balsamic notions, remembrances of pastry and some flowery suggestions. This sparkler has a long, enticing finish. |
