Whisky Macallan 12 Sherry Oak

Produced by the prestigious Macallan distillery, which has gained a kind of cult status in the last years, the whisky Macallan 12 Sherry Oak is a distinctively elegant Single Malt Scotch whisky.

After a meticulous fermentation and distillation process, this Single Malt from Speyside matured for 12 years in Dry Oloroso Sherry seasoned oak casks – incidentally, Macallan is the only single malt to be aged solely in Sherry casks.

Golden-coloured with some amber reflections, this Single Malt matured in Sherry casks has an endearing aromatic profile, with aromas of vanilla, dry fruit, cardamom, clove and cinnamon, with a spark of citrus and iodine. On the palate, the whisky Macallan 12 Sherry Oak is smooth and complex, with ginger bread, dried cinnamon and lemon zest, ending with a gently wooden note.
