The whisky Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow is the third bottling of the Harmony series of the Macallan distillery, which draws inspiration from the natural world to craft a Single Malt Whisky with a distinctive personality. The result of the collaboration between the brand and the McCartney sisters, fashion designer Stella and photographer Mary, this NAS Whisky celebrates the serene beauty of the Scottish countryside.

After a meticulous fermentation and a slow distillation in copper stills, this No-age-statement Whisky matured for some years in ex Bourbon and ex Sherry seasoned oak casks.

Visually appealing, this Highland Whisky is pale gold with some yellowish reflections. The aromatic profile of the whisky Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow is rich and evocative, carrying Tahitian vanilla, honeysuckle, toasted barley, citrus and acacia honey. This limited edition Whisky is round and smooth on the palate, balancing almond cake, green tea, ripe melon and fudge, ending with a mildly sweet, long, gingery finish.
