The wine Maius Blanc is the only Spanish white wine made by bodega Maius Viticultors, a family winery based in La Morera de Montsant, DOQ Priorat.
Made mainly from White Grenache, this white wine from Priorat is blended with a 20% Macabeo, both sourced from organically certified vineyards located in the Mas de la Bruixa estate, with rocky and slate soils.
After a meticulous harvest, the grapes were vinified in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Then the white wine Maius Blanc 2025 was kept on lees for 4 months.
After bottling, this organic white wine was stored for some years in the cellar before being released onto the market.
