Crianza red wine from Ribera del Duero. Varietal Tempranillo aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.

The grapes were picked by hand and selected on site and in the cellar. First, this Spanish red wine was slowly fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
Then this red wine from Ribera del Duero underwent a post-fermentation maceration, after which it was transferred into new and 2nd years French oak barrels.
Finally, the wine Majuelos de Callejo 2021 completed malolactic fermentation and was aged for a period of 18 months. The wine was periodically racked during the process.
It is advisable to decant this Crianza red wine at least 40 minutes before drinking.

| Nose | Elegant and quite deep, this varietal Tempranillo balances some primary aromas of blackberries and blackcurrants with notions of clove, cinnamon and cocoa, together with hints of cocoa, fine leather and dry earth. |
| Palate | This wine from Bodegas Félix Callejo has a steely acidity and a rock-solid structure. However, this is not a forbidding wine; on the contrary, it is lively and stimulating. It has a long finish with remembrances of Jamaica pepper, underbrush and fine leather. |
