Crafted by the Quinta do Noval winery, the wine Noval Fine White Port is a charming White Port that is excellent both as an aperitif, afternoon sip, or used as cocktail ingredient.

It is produced from the local varieties Malvasia Fina, Gouveio, Rabigato and Códega, among others. Half of the grapes were cold-macerated before being fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. After that, this Fine White Port was added wine alcohol and aged in the tanks and in oak casks for 2-3 years. The final product is a blend of several wines.

Bright yellow, on the nose the wine Noval Fine White Port is fruit-forward and expressive, carrying aromas of honey, white flowers, tropical fruit and herbs. The palate of this white Port is smooth, gently unctuous and refreshing, with a spicy and citrusy ending.
