Noval Fine Tawny Port
Produced by the Quinta do Noval winery, the wine Noval Fine Tawny Port is produced from the local varieties Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Barroca.
The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. After that, the wines were aged for 3 years in old wooden casks, called “pipas”. Like all Tawny Port wines, the final product is the result of expertly blending different vintages.
Visually attractive, this Port of Quinta do Noval is brick-coloured with some golden reflections. The nose is floral and vibrant, with sour red berries and dry fruit. On the palate, the wine Noval Fine Tawny Port is fresh and gently sweet, showing nice savouriness and a long, elegant finish.
