The Cava Parató Brut Nature Reserva is made from a traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay.
This Spanish sparkling wine is sourced from vineyards located in DO Cava, farmed following the principles of organic agriculture.
After a traditional vinification, the Cava Parató Brut Nature Reserva 2020 was aged for a minimum of 24 months. After its disgorgement no shipping liquor was added to the wine.
Drink this organic and vegan Cava as an aperitif or pair with tapas and light dishes.
