A rosé Spanish sparkling wine of bodega Pere Ventura, Pere Ventura Tresor Rosé Brut is made solely from Trepat, a thin-skinned, delicate red variety native to the Conca de Barberà region in southern Catalonia.
The grapes are sourced from vineyards with mostly calcareous soils planted with vines 20 years old on average, at altitudes between 350 and 600 metres above sea level.
Produced following the traditional DO Cava method, the grapes first went through a pre-fermentation cold maceration for 12-18 hours at 12º-14ºC, after which this rosé Cava was fermented under controlled temperature in stainless teel tanks.
Then the rosé Cava Pere Ventura Tresor Rosé Brut went through secondary fermentation in the bottle and was aged for 12-15 months before hitting the market.
Cheerful and sexy. this rosé cava brut reserva is excellent as an aperitif, with smoked foods and cream and fruit desserts.
The rosé cava Pere Ventura Tresor Rosé Brut is deep pink with some orangeish reflections.
This varietal Trepat rosé is berryish and citrusy, with some leesy remembrances and a zesty note of bitter herbs.
This rosé sparkling wine of Pere Ventura is lifted and crisp, with a sour cherry freshness, a splash of herbs and a peppery remembrance. Soft mousse and a long, upifting finish.
