This Spanish white wine from L'Empordà is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
First the free-run juice was fermented at a low temperature. Afterwards, a small percentage of the wine Perelada Collection Blanc 2024 was aged in acacia barrels for a few months.
The acacia ageing certainly gives this Empordà white wine an uncommon, appealing character.
