Details
This is the new vintage of Pinyeres Blanc, a varietal Spanish white wine produced by Celler Masroig.
Made solely from White Grenache, the grapes were sourced from old vines located in DO Montsant.
Traditionally vinified, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then this white wine from Montsant was aged for 6 months on their lees.
After that, Pinyeres Blanc 2022 was kept for a couple of months in the cellar prior to its release.
Pair this white wine aged on lees with rice dishes, shrimp, creamy cheeses and white meat.

Pinyeres
A refreshing, unoaked white. It has the solid backbone of the grenache blanca and a smooth palate. Very good.
