The Recaredo winery, producer of the sparkling wine Recaredo Intens Rosat Brut Nature, was the first Demeter certified wine producer in Penedès.
This exquisite Corpinnat rosé sparkling wine is made from 81% Monastrell and 19% Grenache. The grapes are sourced from estate vineyards located in the Coster del Bitlles area of the Penedès region.
The vineyards are farmed following rigorously organic and biodynamic procedures. Thus, absolutely no chemicals, pesticides or insecticides were used to cultivate the vines.
The harvesting process was carried out by hand. The grapes were transported in little boxes to avoid bruising the fruit. Once in the cellar, they were macerated with their skins. Then a portion of this Spanish sparkling wine wine was briefly matured in oak barrels.
Secondary fermentation took place inside the bottle. Finally, the sparkling wine Recaredo Intens Rosat Brut Nature 2022 was aged for a minimum of 30 months.
All of the bottles of this Corpinnat organic and vegan sparkling wine were manually disgorged.

| Nose | This blend of Monastrell and Grenache has a very original nose. Lively aromas of strawberries and redcurrants, alongside notes of aromatic herbs, pastry, flowers and spices. On the background, there is distinctive touch of liquorice and a mineral hint. |
| Palate | Entering joyfully onto the palate, this Corpinnat Brut Nature is dry and yummy. Gently tart, with remembrances of wild berries, Mediterranean herbs and hints of violets and spices. This rosé sparkling wine from the Recaredo winery has some tiny, smooth bubbles and a long, zesty finish. |
