A varietal Godello produced by star winemaker Raúl Pérezin DO Bierzo, the wine Ultreia Godello is made from differentely aged vineyards. They are grown in granite soils near the villages of Valtuille de Abajo and Cacabelos.

This varietal Spanish white wine belongs to the Ultreia collection. The word is a Latin term which translates as "let's go beyond". It was used as a greeting by the pilgrims of The Way of Saint James, one of whose routes passes close to the vineyards.

Meticulously harvested and selected, the grapes were gently pressed and spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts in oak vats with no temperature control. After that, the white wine Ultreia Godello 2024 was aged for 12 months in 300-litre oak barrels.
