Cava Bertha Ivette Brut Reserva

Produced by Cavas Bertha, each variety was separately vinified in stainless steel tanks. Once the process was completed, this Spanish sparkling wine was blended and bottled. After that, Bertha Ivette Brut Reserva was aged for 15 to 20 months. Finally, it was added about 8 grams of liqueur d'expedition (shipping liquor) per litre.
Fresh and pleasant, this is a truly all-rounder Cava from Penedès.
The Cava Bertha Ivette Brut Reserva has a straw yellow colour.
Clean, well-defined aromas of ripe apples and ripe pears, typical of a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, nuanced by hints of pastry, citrus and aromatic herbs.
Easy to drink and straightforward, Ivette of Cavas Bertha has a creamy and fruit-driven palate. Excellent acidity, with creamy bubbles and a long, fresh finish. This Brut Reserva is very pleasant.
