The cheerful Cava Bertha Ivette Brut Reserva is a blend of the traditional varieties Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada.
Produced by Cavas Bertha, each variety was separately vinified in stainless steel tanks. Once the process was completed, this Spanish sparkling wine was blended and bottled. After that, Bertha Ivette Brut Reserva was aged for 15 to 20 months. Finally, it was added about 8 grams of liqueur d'expedition (shipping liquor) per litre.
Fresh and pleasant, this is a truly all-rounder Cava from Penedès.
