Moderately dry, this Spanish sparkling wine is made from a blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada coming from organically certified vineyards located in Penedès.
This Corpinnat sparkling wine wine was traditionally vinified, with secondary fermentation taking place in the bottle. After that, it was aged for a minimum of 36 months.
