Produced by the Jané Ventura winery, the 2024 vintage of the wine Jané Ventura Vinyes Roses is a blend of Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo), Sumoll and Grenache.
Sourced from vineyards certified organic situated in DO Penedès, after a meticulous harvest the grapes were cold-macerated with the skins for about 2 hours. Then this Spanish rosé wine was drawn-off and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Finally, the rosé wine Jané Ventura Vinyes Roses 2024 was aged on its lees for 5 months.
Crisp and savoury, this young rosé wine from Penedès is excellent for the summer nights. Pair with tapas, pasta, pizza and finger food.
