This Spanish red wine is produced from hand-picked grapes coming from 12 vineyards. As regards its composition, this red wine from Penedès is a blend of the indigenous Sumoll, Syrah and Carignan.
Harvested by hand and selected, after macerating and fermenting in stainless steel tanks, the red wine Jané Ventura Vinyes Negres 2021 was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels 2 to 5 years of age. After that, it was further aged in the bottle.
This Crianza red wine is very versatile.
