The Jané Ventura winery presents the new vintage of the wine Jané Ventura Sempreviva.
Made from 75% Malvasia de Sitges and 25% Muscat, this Spanish white wine is sourced from five vineyards scattered across DO Penedès.
The grapes were handpicked, and then they were cooled, pressed and drawn-off. Then this organic white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the wine Jané Ventura Sempreviva 2024 was aged on its lees for 6 months.
Incidentally, the name Sempreviva means Strawflower, an intensely coloured yellow flower that blooms from May until late June. If picked at the right moment, it keeps its colour for a long time.
