Produced by Bodegas Emilio Lustau, Vermut Lustau Rojo is made from two base wines: a Palomino Amontillado and a Pedro Ximénez, which were infused with aromatic plants and botanicals like gentian, wormwood and sage.
Mahogany-coloured with some reddish tinges, this Spanish red vermouth has a very complex noes. Riped fruit, citrus and bitter herbs, nuanced by some smokey and spicy notes. Intense and full-bodied, the palate shows an excellent balance and a long finish, with an nutty and smokey aftertaste.
Drink Vermut Lustau Rojo as an aperitif, or pair it with tapas and light dishes.
