Made by Ramon Canals, the Cava Marta Puresa Reserva Brut Nature - formerly known as Marta Reserva Brut Nature- is made solelyfrom Xarel·lo grapes sourced from certified organic vineyards located in Central Penedès.
After a meticulous harvest, this vegan Cava from Penedès was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
The secondary fermentation of this Spanish sparkling wine took place inside the bottle, as prescribed by the DO Cava. Then, the Cava Marta Puresa Reserva Brut Nature 2022 was aged for a minimum of 24 months in the cellar.
This Cava Reserva Brut Nature was added no dosage. The disgorgement date is printed on the back label.
