The Recaredo winery, a founding member of the Corpinnat association of producers, presents the sparkling wine Recaredo L’infinit Brut Nature, a new take on Catalan sparkling wine.
This blended Spanish sparkling wine is a fascinating mosaic of local varieties; namely, Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Grenache, Malvasia de Sitges and Xarel·lo Vermell, all sourced from certified organic vineyards.
Each variety was vinified in stainless steel tanks. After that, this Corpinnat brut nature sparkling wine was blended and bottled with a small amount concentrated organic wine must – acting as liqueur de tirage - to kickstart secondary fermentation. It was added no sugar or shipping liquor after completing the process.
Finally, the sparkling wine Recaredo L’Infinit Brut Nature 2023 was aged for 18 months minimum before hitting the market.
It is worth mentioning that this organic and vegan Corpinnat has a rather low sulfites content (29 mg/litre).

Palate | This sparkling wine from the Recaredo winery is fresh, transparent and detailed, with palate-caressing bubbles, linear acidity and a vibrant, inviting mid palate. Savoury and complex, ending with a berryish and balsamic note. |
