Details
The cheerful rosé wine Rendé Masdéu El Follet Rosat comes from DO Conca de Barberà, in the Tarragona province.
A blend of Syrah (70%) and the native red variety Trepat (30%), this Spanish rosé wine was sourced from young vineyards with clay-limestone and slate soils.
Produced by the Rendé Masdéu winery, the grapes went through an early harvest to preserve their freshness and bite. Fully destemmed, the were cold-macerated before fermenting in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After that, the rosé wine Rendé Masdéu El Follet Rosat 2022 was kept in contact with the lees for a short period of time.
Finally, this rosé wine from Conca de Barberà was bottled.
