This is the new vintage of the wine Solà Fred Rosat, produced by the Celler Masroig winery.
This varietal Spanish rosé wine is produced from Grenache and Carignan (10%) vineyards 15-25 years of age.
First the wine must was left for 4-6 hours in contact with the skins. Then this young rosé wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts.
In those same deposits, the rosé wine Solà Fred Rosat 2025 was aged for some months on its lees.
This tasty rosé wine from Montsant is perfect for a casual drink, a snack or an informal meeting.
