The Torelló winery produces the sparkling wine Torelló 225 Brut Nature from vines planted in Finca Can Martí, a 135-hectare estate which has belonged to the family since 1395. This Spanish sparkling wine is produced under the Corpinnat label.
Made from a blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, the organically certified grapes were gently crushed to obtain only the free-run juice.
Then this brut nature sparkling wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks, after which it was transferred into French oak barrels and aged for about 1 month. Then this Corpinnat brut nature was bottled and added yeasts to induce secondary fermentation.
Once the process was completed, the sparkling wine Torelló 225 Brut Nature 2018 was aged for a minimum of 48 months in the cellar.
No shipping liquor was added to this Corpinnat sparkling wine after the disgorgement.
