The wine Celler 9+ Base 2n is the entry-level Spanish red wine of Celler 9+, a family-run winery committed to making low-intervention natural wines in DO Tarragona.
Sourced from certified organic vineyards, this young red wine is a blend of 60% Grenache, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cartoixà (aka Xarel·lo), which enhances colour stabilization.
The grapes were destemmed and vinified under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The red wine Celler 9+ Base 2n 2023 was macerated for 6 days and saw no wood.
Finally, this red wine from Tarragona was bottled with no added sulfites.
