Details
Produced by the Gramona winery, the sparkling wine Gramona La Cuvee comes with a redesigned label and the word Aliances added to its name. This is a reference to the Aliances per la Terra association, a group of wineries committed to the principles of biodynamic agriculture in Penedès, currently covering over 420 hectares of vineyards. The association has been led by the Gramona winery since 2015.
This Corpinnat wine is made from Xarel·lo, Macabeo and a droplet of Parellada, the traditional Penedès sparkling wine blend.
Made from organic and Demeter certified vineyards, once in the cellar the grapes were gently pressed and the three varieties were separately fermented.
Then this Spanish sparkling wine was blended and bottled, after which Gramona La Cuvee Aliances 2021 went through secondary fermentation and was aged for 40 months.
This is an elegant and versatile Corpinnat sparkling wine.
